Regenerative Development & Design
The foundational VLAS model. It reframes development from minimizing harm to actively regenerating the capacity of a place — its water, soils, community, and culture — as one living system. Every other model in this library is an application of it to a specific domain.

Regen Data Center
The first public VLAS reference model — an illustrative worked example applying Regenerative Development & Design to data-center development, with a 106-intervention catalog, a live Place Planner, and the Five Capitals balance engine.
Regen Green Hydrogen
The third public VLAS reference model. Every existing hydrogen standard asks whether the molecule is clean; none asks whether the place is better off and can still say no later. This model composes basin water truth, revocable consent, host-first power, merit-tested offtake, measured hydrogen leakage, and closure funded before construction into one host covenant — grounded in a source register in which every row was fetched and read.
