Models & Resources
VLAS publishes models — living frameworks for developing places so that every act of building increases the health of the whole. One model is the root of all the others. Each carries its own resource library.
The framework every other model grows from
Develop and design so that every act of building increases the health of the whole living place.
Applications to specific domains
Each of these takes the core model and applies it to a real development challenge — starting with the first public reference model, the Regen Data Center.
Regen Data Center
The first public VLAS reference model — an illustrative worked example applying Regenerative Development & Design to data-center development, with a 106-intervention catalog, a live Place Planner, and the Five Capitals balance engine.
Regenerative Ecotourism
The second public VLAS reference model. It composes consent, visitor capacity, customary access, local value, conservation return, and public evidence into one visitor covenant — with the six-movement telling rendered entirely from shared model components.
Being drawn out next
Named honestly — in development, not yet published. No dead links; these arrive as full models with their own resource libraries.
Five Capitals Accounting
The accounting model beneath every VLAS surface, being drawn out as a standalone reference and toolkit.
Story of Place
The front-end inversion at the heart of regenerative practice, being prepared as a public model.
